HOSPITAL QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COLLABORATIVE (HQIC)
HQIC is a four-year project which aims to improve outcomes in several patient safety-related areas such as sepsis, adverse drug events, and hospital-acquired infections. In addition, it is designed to provide support to hospitals in the response to public health emergencies, such as COVID-19 and the opioid epidemic, as well as improvements in inpatient and family engagement and health equity. Convergence Health Consulting is one of nine organizations awarded an HQIC contract from CMS.
CAL HEALTHCARE COMPARE (CHC)
Providing Californians with objective performance ratings for hospitals and long-term care providers, Cal Healthcare Compare is a nonprofit organization that aggregates public data to establish relevant measures and scoring for two free websites, Cal Hospital Compare and Cal Long Term Care Compare.
